"We aren't photo people..."

 

I have heard this statement time and again, be it during consultations, walking in on the wedding morning during prep or from family members during the day.


One thing to remember is that I am not out to get you.


I will always work to make sure my couples are relaxed when it comes to photos. These photos are not just for me - they are completely for you and what you put into it, you will get out of it.


I will guide you through posing and set-ups and everything in between to help create the vision you wanted for your photos so mutual trust is the number one factor in this.

Consultations & Communication

 

During the booking process, we will arrange a consultation, either on google meet or in person to chat about your plans and what you are looking for from me as a photographer. Now is your time to have your questions answered about any aspect of your day - I have seen it all (no, really).  


From this point, communication is always key. You can reach me at any time to ask questions about your wedding or to ask for advice as sometimes it is best to ask someone who sees 20-30 of them a year.

Before your wedding day, it is a fantastic option to schedule in an engagement photo session. I have seen numerous couples benefit from adding this into their preparations before the wedding day. Most couples use the images for their save the dates and it is fantastic practice ahead of the big day. You can add this to your coverage at any time.

The options are limitless of what we can do for your engagement session and I always advise couples to choose a location close to their hearts that they love. Couples have chosen beaches, mountains and other outdoor locations - other couples have chosen to do theirs in their own home for a more relaxed feel.
