Couples Photos

It’s time for a well-deserved moment to yourself. Now is the perfect time to take 5-10 minutes to relax, unwind, and give your facial muscles a break from all the smiling. This moment allows you to centre yourselves before we dive into your couples photos.
This is exactly why I prefer to save your couples photos for this time. Rushing straight into couples portraits after the ceremony can lead to a hurried pace for family and wedding party photos, and can leave you feeling rushed during your drinks reception.
This is your opportunity to take a breather and refocus on what truly matters - each other - before we continue capturing the magic of your day.
Your couples photos are also a chance to get some solo photos too. Individuals of yourself and your partner are beautiful to look back on and can focus on the details.
I won't just get you to stand and smile at me, rather - movement helps make these images as varied as possible in your gallery. Going to different locations also helps as long as there is enough time to do so.
Simplicity makes such an impact in these images and it also helps when your partner is whooping and cheering you on from the side-lines. I love hearing couples celebrate their partners with the occasional "That's my wife!" or "That's my husband!" being said as they watch on.
