Feeling fully prepared for your wedding day is so important, and location scouting plays a big part in that. If possible, I’d love to meet beforehand to walk through your venue together and pick out the ideal spots for family photos, couple portraits, and anything else you might need. Weekdays and off-peak months are usually best for this, but I’ll always do my best to be flexible with availability.

I usually recommend setting aside around 20–30 minutes for your couple portraits. I often aim to do these after family and wedding party photos, but I also want to make sure you have plenty of time to enjoy cocktail hour. As we get closer to the day, we’ll go through your timeline together and decide on the best moment to slip away for those photos.

Yes, of course! You're welcome to send a list of important family groupings or any specific moments you want captured. Pinterest boards and Instagram saves are totally welcome. I use this as a guide while still documenting the day naturally.

You’ll receive a handful of sneak peeks either on the night of your wedding or the following day. I also send over a few more within the week - usually your family photos - so you don’t get flooded with messages asking for them (we’re looking out for Aunt Kathy!). Your full gallery is typically delivered in around 2–3 months, depending on how busy the season is. I always aim to deliver a beautiful, polished gallery as quickly as possible without ever compromising on quality.
